first i started to download VICE CITY then a mod called
GRAND THEFT AUTO VICE CITY WEDŁUG R.W.W. 8.7.V
which i found on this site http://addons-city.info/the conversion is kinda a remake(something like that) that makes the game look fucking awesome
if you try to download i tell ya that you have to register,i waste my time registering (took about 5 mins) but it worth cause it had lots of mods and cars(high quality ones for vice city)
